1. Maintenance and management of central control room, electrical cabinets, and distribution cabinets

Lock the doors of the central control room, electrical cabinets, and distribution cabinets;

Seal all wiring holes (pits) that may introduce dust, moisture, rodents, or other insects to prevent paper scraps and dust from entering the control room, and keep the control room clean;

After one month of operation of the new equipment and six months of operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection and tighten various wiring terminals.

2. Maintenance and management of the operation station

Civilized operation, take care of equipment, keep it clean, dustproof and waterproof, perform weekly power-off blowing and maintenance, including cleaning the dust inside industrial computers;

It is strictly prohibited to use software not provided by Jingshan Light Machine on industrial control computers (computers), PLCs, HMIs, and various controllers. Use USB drives with caution to prevent virus intrusion;

Various upper computer software and data backups required for the production system;

When shutting down for a long time, power on the PLC, HMI, and controllers with programs continuously for more than 8 hours per week to ensure that programs or data will not be lost due to long-term power outages.

3. Maintenance and management of cooling system

Check and clean the paper scraps, grease and other impurities on the cooling fan of the air-cooled motor in each shift to ensure that the cooling fan operates normally and has good heat dissipation;

The water temperature and flow rate of the water-cooled motor cooling system are normal, without blockage or pipeline leakage, ensuring the normal operation and good heat dissipation of the cooling system;

Ensure the stable operation of air conditioning equipment in the control room and electrical cabinet, prevent condensate from flowing into the cabinet, ensure that the temperature change in the room (cabinet) is less than 5/h, and avoid hardware damage, system failure, and even fire caused by rapid temperature and humidity changes leading to condensation on system equipment and short circuits;

By using a brake paper clip to cool the fan, check and clean up impurities such as paper scraps, dust, grease, etc., to ensure that the cooling fan operates normally and has good heat dissipation.

Enterprises should regularly maintain safe and reliable cardboard equipment according to the user manual, especially for equipment components that are worn or damaged, and replace them in a timely manner. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of cardboard mechanical equipment failures in advance and avoid frequent equipment shutdowns.
